How I work
My methodology fuses hard strategy with deep psychology. On the performance side, I'm anchored in the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching methodology — change validated by the people you work with, not assumed by you or certified by me. On the meaning side, I draw on Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (Viktor Frankl Institute) and the working tools of existential philosophy — Frankl, Nietzsche, Heidegger, Sartre — used as instruments of change, never decoration.
