George Bragadireanu, MCC

I'm George Bragadireanu, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and former corporate banking leader.

I didn't climb the mountain you climbed. I spent thirteen years inside a large bank, which taught me what performance costs and not much about what it's for.

What I've done since has been to sit with more than seven hundred senior leaders and founders, for 5,300 hours, across four continents, a large number of them at exactly the point you're at now. That's where I know this from. Not from my own summit. From theirs.

I've also spent years studying the questions underneath performance: existential coaching (MSc at Middlesex University / NSPC, ongoing), logotherapy of meaning (Viktor Frankl Logotherapy Institute), executive psychology (Cornell University).

But credentials are not the point.

The point is that I know what it is like to build a successful life — and to eventually ask whether the life you've built is actually yours.

I'm not here to cheerlead.

I'm a pragmatic thinking partner for difficult questions.

I'll challenge you when you're avoiding something.

And I'll tell you directly if I don't think this work is right for you.

Who I work with

Senior leaders, founders, and executives (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, SVPs, general managers) primarily across EMEA, the Benelux and the Nordics, working in English. The ones who got where they are because they were willing to look at themselves honestly, and want to keep doing that at the next level.

This is for you if…

You have achieved what you once thought would be enough.

You still perform well but the rewards feel different.

You find yourself asking questions you didn't have time to ask before.

You have more freedom than you used to, but less clarity about what to do with it.

You are not necessarily looking for an exit.

You are looking for a reason.

You don't want another productivity system.

You want to understand what your life is actually for.

And perhaps most of all:

You don't want to spend the next ten years simply repeating the last ten.

How I work

My coaching draws on executive psychology, master-level presence, logotherapy and existential analysis, as well as the tools of existential philosophy. The two-mountain framing is David Brooks's. The philosophical and psychological work is Frankl's, Nietzsche's, Sartre's and Heidegger's, van Deurzen's and Längle's. What's mine is fourteen years of applying it to people who lead.

If you want to talk, write to me. george@bragadireanu.com

Tell me as much or as little as you want. I read and answer everything myself, usually within a day. If a conversation makes sense after that, we'll have a short one to detail your dilemmas before jumping into coaching, at no cost and with nothing expected after it.
