George Bragadireanu, MCC ICF

About George
I am not a cheerleader. I am a pragmatic partner for deep work.
With 15 years of corporate leadership experience in banking and over 5,000 coaching hours, I understand the pressure of the P&L. But as a Master Certified Coach (top 1% globally) trained in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, I also understand the pressure of the human spirit.
I bridge the gap between Operational Efficiency and Existential Depth. My clients are CEOs, Founders, and VPs who refuse to choose between performance and fulfillment. They want both.

My Philosophy
Success is a poor substitute for Meaning.
I believe that many leaders climb the mountain of success only to realize they are cold, alone, and tired at the top. We are taught how to build businesses, but not how to inhabit our own lives while doing so.
My philosophy is simple: Professional achievement should not cost you your human vitality.
I do not view leadership as a set of mechanical competencies, but as an existential stance. A leader who is internally hollow cannot build a sustainable organization; they can only build a profitable prison. Whether we are restructuring your management team or redesigning your life purpose, my work is to help you integrate the Operational (what you do) with the Existential (who you are), so you can lead with clarity, not just intensity.
My Book
In my book, The Leadership Spark: The New Integral Technique To Ignite Your Creative, Innovative, And Strategic Leadership, I explore how true innovation is not an accident, but a result of harnessing polarity. Grounded in the Integral AQAL framework, the book guides leaders on how to balance masculine logic with feminine intuition to ignite creative breakthroughs. Through an 11-step process and over 50 practical tips, I provide a blueprint for leaders ready to stop recycling obsolete solutions and build a culture where ideas truly thrive.
On A Personal Note
Outside of coaching, I'm into jazz and rock music, rocket launches, science fiction, ultramarathons, basketball, and books at the intersection of science and spirituality.
