Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7th of September 2026
This site is run by one person. I'm George Bragadireanu, trading as Bragadireanu-Popa George-Laurențiu PFA, RO30426262, Pisoni 30, Bucharest, Romania. I'm the data controller for everything described here, and I handle it myself - there is no team, no CRM, and no sales operation behind this site.
Write to george@bragadireanu.com for anything in this document. I answer these myself, usually within a day and always within 30 days.
The essay list
What I collect: your email address, plus the date and time you subscribed and the IP address you subscribed from. Nothing else. No name, no company, no role.
Why: to send you the monthly essay. Nothing else - no offers, no announcements, no third-party mailings.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who else processes it: hostinger.com, which sends the emails on my behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement. Your address is never sold, rented, shared or made available to anyone else.
Tracking: I don't track whether you open the emails or click the links.
How long: until you unsubscribe, or after 24 months with no opens, whichever comes first. Then it's deleted.
Withdrawing: every email has a one-click unsubscribe. No login, no form, no reason required. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything else and doesn't affect the lawfulness of what was sent before.
When you write to me
If you email me, I keep the correspondence: your address, what you wrote, and my replies.
Why: so I can answer you, and so I have the thread if we speak again months later.
Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering the people who write to me (Art. 6(1)(f)), and steps taken at your request before any agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long: three years from our last exchange, then deleted. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will.
Some of what people write to me is personal. It isn't shared with anyone, it isn't added to any list, and it doesn't become an essay. If you'd rather I delete a message after replying, say so and I'll do it.
If we work together
Coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which covers confidentiality in more detail than this page does. In short: nothing said in a session leaves the room, including from a sponsor who is paying. Session notes are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 10 years, then destroyed. No client name appears anywhere public without written consent, and I don't publish case studies anyone could recognise themselves in.
The Toolkit
The Toolkit is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles the entire transaction. I never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy provides me with your email address and the fact of the purchase, so I can deliver the product and answer support questions. Their own privacy policy governs the checkout.
Visiting the site
The site is built and hosted on Hostinger. Like any web host, its servers record technical information about visits: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and the site you came from. This is used to keep the site working and to see roughly how much it's read.
Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
The site uses Google for analytics. These cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time via writting to me.
The site sets only the cookies strictly necessary to work. There is no advertising, no retargeting, and no third-party analytics.]
What I never do
Sell, rent or trade your data. Share it with advertisers. Build a profile of you. Make automated decisions about you. Add anyone to the essay list who didn't ask.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask me to: confirm what I hold about you and give you a copy; correct it; delete it; restrict how I use it; send it to you or someone else in a portable format; or stop using it where I've relied on legitimate interest. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to george@bragadireanu.com. I'll deal with it myself, free of charge, within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with how I handle it, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority — ANSPDCP, Bd. G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, anspdcp@dataprotection.ro, dataprotection.ro — or to the authority in the country where you live.
Disclosure required by law
I will disclose information only where the law requires it, such as a court order or a lawful request from an authority I'm obliged to answer. Not where disclosure is merely permitted.
Links to other sites
This site links to LinkedIn, Amazon and Lemon Squeezy. What they do with your data is governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes
If I change this policy materially, I'll update the date at the top and, for anything affecting the essay list, say so in the next essay.
