Refund Policy for Digital Products

At George Bragadireanu Executive Coaching (bragadireanu.com), we are committed to providing high-value strategic and existential frameworks for executive leadership.

Because our products—including "The Executive Toolkit" and its associated bundles—are digital, downloadable files delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" once a purchase is complete and the download link has been provided.

Unlike physical goods, digital intellectual property cannot be "returned." Once downloaded, it remains in your possession. Therefore, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal Exception

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from online contracts within 14 days.

However, by purchasing digital content on this site which is not supplied on a tangible medium (i.e., a downloadable PDF file), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started or access has been granted.

3. Exceptions for Technical Issues

While we do not offer refunds for subjective reasons, we stand behind the technical quality of our files.

If you encounter a technical issue with your purchase—such as a corrupted file, an incomplete download, or an inability to open the PDF—please contact us immediately.

In such cases, our priority will be to rectify the issue by providing you with a functional copy of the product. A refund for technical issues will only be considered as a last resort if we are unable to provide you with a working file within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Payment Processing

All financial transactions on this site are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you are also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy regarding payment processing.
