About George Bragadireanu
I don't help executives become better. I help them become who they were always meant to be.
Most coaches focus on fixing what's broken. I see what others miss—the profound potential hiding beneath the performance metrics, the authentic leader waiting to emerge from behind the corporate persona, the transformational impact possible when someone finally aligns their deepest values with their leadership practice.
My Story: From Corporate Success to Transformational Purpose
Fifteen years in corporate banking taught me something unexpected: the most successful leaders weren't necessarily the most fulfilled ones. As Deputy Corporate Sales Regional Manager at UniCredit Banking Group, I watched brilliant executives achieve everything they'd set out to accomplish, only to find themselves asking deeper questions about meaning, impact, and authenticity.
That observation changed everything for me.
In 2011, I made a decision that many of my colleagues thought was insane. I left my secure, well-paid corporate career to pursue something that felt like a calling: helping other leaders navigate the same questions I'd been wrestling with. I financed the third Romanian edition of "Coaching For Performance" by Sir John Whitmore—the bible of coaching—because I believed so deeply in the transformational power of this work.
The Journey to Mastery
What followed was a decade-long immersion into the deepest aspects of human transformation. I studied with the world's most respected coaching institutions: Performance Consultants International (founded by Sir John Whitmore himself), Integral Coaching Canada following Ken Wilber's meta-theory, the Richard Barrett Values Centre for cultural transformation, and Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching program.
In 2022, I achieved the highest certification possible in professional coaching: Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation—a designation held by only 1,700 people worldwide.
But certifications only tell part of the story. The real transformation happened through 5,000+ hours of deep coaching work with over 650 executives, including CEOs of multinational companies, managing directors, and leadership teams across industries from automotive to finance to technology.
What Makes My Approach Different
Where others see successful leaders who need performance optimization, I see unique individuals often trapped in roles that don't honor their authentic selves.
This perspective allows me to:
See the invisible patterns that keep leaders stuck in micromanagement or strategic paralysis
Connect with the emotional reality behind business challenges that purely analytical approaches miss
Design transformation experiences that honor both effectiveness and authenticity
Navigate the deep questions of meaning and purpose that successful leaders inevitably face
Beyond Individual Transformation
My work extends far beyond one-on-one coaching. Through my proprietary methodologies—EcoLeadership™, TeamUnity™, KnoWhere™, and Second Summit™ —I help entire organizations transform their leadership cultures.
Some of my proudest accomplishments include:
Developing long-term strategic partnerships with companies like LIDL, KPMG, Renault, and Expur that span multiple years
Authoring "The Leadership Spark" and translating seminal works like "The Coaching Habit" and "Radical Candor" into Romanian
Creating systematic team transformation programs using Harvard's validated methodologies
Building coaching programs that have reached over 10,000 participants through workshops and training courses
The Personal Foundation
Away from coaching, I'm a father of two adolescent boys, married since 2003, with a passion for jazz music, science fiction, and mountain ultramarathons. These aren't just hobbies—they're reminders that authentic leadership begins with knowing yourself completely, embracing complexity, and maintaining the physical and emotional resilience needed for sustained transformation.
Why This Matters Now
We're living in an era where technical skills alone aren't enough. The leaders who will thrive are those who can combine strategic thinking with emotional intelligence, operational excellence with authentic presence, and individual success with meaningful impact.
If you're an HR Director looking to transform your leadership pipeline, or a CEO/Founder ready to build a culture of authentic, strategic leadership, you're not looking for another coach. You're looking for a strategic partner who understands that real transformation happens at the intersection of performance and purpose.
The Invitation
After 10 years and 650+ transformations, I've learned this: the executives who achieve the most lasting impact aren't those who've perfected their performance, but those who've had the courage to become fully themselves in service of something greater.
The question isn't whether you can become a better leader. The question is: are you ready to become the leader you were always meant to be?
